Return Policy

– We do not accept returns apart from manufacturing defect or damage during transportation. If there is any defect,we request you to inform us by sending an email (hello@rayron.co.in) within 24 hours of receiving the product. We believe in complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can be replaced.

– Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team (hello@rayron.co.in) within 24 hrs from the time you receive the product.

– Products can be returned within 24 hrs from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.

– Orders are not eligible for refunds if returned (as these products are not re-usable due to hygiene factors), they will only be re-shipped after sending a query on hello@rayron.co.in.

– We will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.

– It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.

Exchanges

– Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size if wrong product is delivered.

Return Intimation

You can email us at hello@rayron.co.in within 24 hrs from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with us by email.

How long will the return process take?
Once your return request has been placed with us, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate return subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the returns are initiated within 2 days after product inspection.

Cancellation Policy
